Cockpit License Board
The Cockpit License Board (CLB) consists of three members including the chairman appointed by the Governor with the consent of the Guam Legislature. The Board is authorized to issue cockpit licenses for both Balentia and Amara cockpits. The Board has the power to suspend or revoke a license for any violations in Chapter 39 of 22 GCA or the rules and regulations.
This board is no longer active. The 2018 Farm Bill, specifically the "Fighting Inhumane Gambling and High-Risk Trafficking (FIGHT) Act," prohibits cockfighting activities in the United States and its jurisdictions.
