Message from the Governor
Hafa Adai! It was a promise that my administration made when we came into office: the policies of government, the attitude of government workers, the expectations of service and productivity, the cooperation among departments and the other branches of government are set by the Governor of Guam. Cooperation, partnership building, compromise and reconciliation are ideals that guide us each and every day. Today is a new day for the people of Guam. We are certain that the work we do today will guide our people into the future, which we are certain, will be a bright one. We firmly believe in transparency in government. The things we do should be done in plain view, and not behind closed doors. We want to encourage the people of Guam to stay informed about the issues and involve them in the process of government. Through this website, we will provide you with a glimpse of the things we are doing, and, most importantly, our accomplishments, as we work to bring hope and trust for all the people of Guam.
